Aspiring Leaders Training Academy I

ALTA I |
ALTA offers a series of four staff development modules on Developmental Leadership for ABC teachers who aspire to be future ABC administrators.
A limited number (approx. 12) of teachers will be invited to attend ALTA this year. Those wishing to be part of ALTA must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years successful teaching experience in ABC
- Complete the accompanying application and send it to Mike McCoy, Director of Child Development and Special Projects, by January 15, 2010.
Selection Process includes
- The application and confidential Leadership Survey are scored and the applicants with the highest points will be selected
Attendees are expected to attend all four afternoons of staff development. The ALTA program will cover the cost of ½-day substitutes.
Those who successfully complete ALTA I may attend ALTA II in 2010-11.
